Scarwork and CST: A Comprehensive Approach for Craniosacral Therapists

Welcome to our two-day Scarwork Training, designed specifically for craniosacral therapists and student practitioners seeking to deepen their understanding of how to work with scars and the fascial system. Scars, whether from surgery, injury, or trauma, can have profound effects on the body’s fascial network, influencing both physical and emotional well-being. This course explores the far-reaching impact of scars and offers techniques that can help restore balance and freedom within the body, often producing noticeable changes after just one session.
About the Course:
Our Scarwork Training is an immersive and practical program that combines theory, hands-on techniques, and the principles of craniosacral therapy to address the deeper layers of restriction held in scar tissue. Over the course of two days, you will explore how scars can impact not just the body, but the mind and emotions as well. Through scarwork, we can release these long-held restrictions, transform the body's structure, and create the space for deep healing and personal transformation.

What You Will Learn:
-
Transform Lives by Addressing Trauma: Scars can be a physical reminder of past trauma, and their effects often go beyond the surface. Learn how to work with these scars on an emotional and energetic level, helping your clients release trauma and reconnect with their bodies in a meaningful way.
-
Feel the Effects After One Session: Scarwork often produces immediate and tangible results. Whether it’s softening of tissue, increased mobility, or an emotional release, many clients report feeling a significant shift after just one session. We will explore how these changes can unfold and how you can support this process in your practice.
-
Release Fascial Restrictions: The fascial network connects and supports every part of the body. Scar tissue can create adhesions that limit movement and disrupt this connection. You will learn techniques to gently release these restrictions, improving the flow of energy and restoring harmony to the body.
-
Deepen Your Approach to Craniosacral Therapy: This course will help you integrate scarwork into your craniosacral practice, allowing you to work more holistically with the whole body. You will discover how addressing scars can enhance the overall effectiveness of craniosacral therapy by releasing physical and emotional blockages.
-
Hands-On Practice: Throughout the course, you will participate in guided practice sessions, giving you the opportunity to apply these techniques and experience their effects firsthand. By the end of the training, you will have the skills and confidence to incorporate scarwork into your practice immediately.

Why This Work Matters:
The effects of scars are often underestimated, but their impact on the body can be profound. Beyond the physical restrictions, scars can hold emotional and energetic imprints of past trauma, creating blockages that influence not only the body’s movement but also the individual’s sense of well-being. By working directly with scars, we can release these deep layers of restriction, allowing the body to heal more fully and restoring a sense of wholeness. Scarwork is not just about physical changes—it’s about creating lasting transformation in the lives of our clients.
Who Should Attend:
This training is for craniosacral therapists and student practitioners who are ready to take their practice to a new level by incorporating scarwork. Whether you have clients with scars from surgeries, injuries, or trauma, this course will give you the tools to address these scars in a way that facilitates profound healing and change.
